Finance Manager (Almaty)

Main Accountabilities:
Make the management and administration of finance and accounting department
To plan and make the montly closing process,
To make the last control of all returns (TAX, TAX’, concise, provisional tax, stamp duty, posting advertising corporate tax), fianncial statement (balance sheet, income statement) and tax liabilities (BA forms, BS form, transfer pricing etc.)
To examine the tax legislation and sectoral legislation and inform the realted departments
To control month-end and year-end accounting procedures
Participating the audit process
To control daily financial reports
Controlling daily payment instructions
To make the control and approvement of charges list, payment requests, product request form, traval approval and investment approval form.
Checking TAX refund process
To make the last control of the weekly payment list
To follow the tax obligations for the CSC’s
To follow the capital increase operations, reserves, profit distrubitions,
To provide the CPA and law firms.
Responsible for controlling all the contracts
To determine the user’s authority
To prepare the job profile and the procedures related with the department
To visit the CSC’S at certain periods to check the accounting
To prepare the weekly, monthly and annual management report
Making the report to the management about profitability and cost analysis
To ensure compliance of official legislation, company rules and procedures, based on this develope policies and procedures
To identify the potential risk and ensure to take corrective measures
To report directly to the Director, and also responsible for all the other duties which had given by him
Act according to the company rules, to avoid customer complaints
Finance and Control:
To monitor the the company’s monthly, three monthly and yearly financial statement
Ensure the financial statement coordiantion of the company

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Graduated from faculty of ecomony and administartive sciences
Preferable SMMM certificate,
Experience in accounting and tax issues
Preferable English knowledge
Knowlegde of Mcoffice and accounting programmes
Minumum 4 year experience
Expert according to teh IFRS report
