Должностные обязанности:
•Organization of business meetings, trips and negotiations of director;
•Solution of organizational issues;
•Maintaining business correspondence and negotiations;
•Maintaining relevant documentation;
•Reservation of hotel lodging and air tickets;
•Execution of the director’s instructions;
•Coordination with partners (meetings, negotiations);
•Preparation of materials for meetings and negotiations;
•Visa support;
•Oral and written translations;
•Coordination with other company’s departments;
•Maintaining data base of the director’s instructions, control over their completion;
•Search for information, its processing, submission for consideration;
•Preparation of reports, presentations and etc;
•Administrative support for the director and assistance in working issues.
Продолжительность испытательного срока:3 месяца
Образование:высшее
Владение компьютерными программами:Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
Обязательный опыт в должности:не менее 3 года
Необходимые навыки:
•Diploma in economics/humanitarian science is preferable;
•Ability to explicitly communicate thoughts;
•Literate language (oral, written);
•Good articulacy;
•Fluent English;
•Advanced user of PC and office equipment;
•Experience in similar position not less than three years;
•Excellent organizational skills;
•Well-developed communication skills;
•Practical experience in simultaneous interpretation and written translation;
•Business correspondence skills;
•Knowledge of business ethics.
